 WTSP 10 News …Former Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice will speak Wednesday night. She is the first black female to hold that job. She was protested Tuesday by about a dozen anti-war protesters at an event she was attending. Rice is one of three “female firsts” taking the stage. New Mexico Governor,  Susana Martinez is the first female and hispanic governor of the state. She is also the youngest sitting governor. She is slated to speak Wednesday night.
