UK: Revealed-6 women on Labour’s shortlist in Redcar, plus: Canada’s war on women’s rights, lamenting women’s suffrage (US)

A SHORTLIST of six women has been drawn up in the contest to be Labour’s Parliamentary candidate in Redcar….In May the Gazette reported that Labour’s National Executive had decided the party’s next candidate in Redcar should be chosen from an all-women shortlist and that the decision had been criticised by some local party members.

 Full Fact Legitimate polls are conducted in two main ways. Random sampling and quota sampling (where the pollster designs a sample and then recruits respondents to fill it, getting the correct number of Northern working class women, Midlands pensioners, etc, etc).
