  1. I was disappointed when Vince Cable refused to raise an issue connected with Emploment Tribunal sex discrimination proceedings in the Commons. I pursued a claim for sex discrimination against my former boss and his firm ( a big UK law firm with offices all over the world) . I alleged there had been a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice ( I alleged that my boss had sent me an email containing the word ‘ b* tch’ which had not been disclosed to me and that some documents disclosed had been tampered with). On the day the trial was due to start, I settled. According to the settlement terms , I settled all proceedings of any kind. I was very disappointed with my barrister ( who subsequently accepted instructions by my former employer in other court proceedings). I went to the police during the proceedings and after. They did not investigate. I went to Mr.Cable, my MP in 2005. He was very nice and he did write to the police, requesting an investigation. They declined for no good reason. I asked him to raise it in the Commons. He did not.( He did say that I could come and see him again and try to persuade hm at his surgery but I thought that the issues were clear enough and very serious.
